We do not customize individual sarees due to the complexity and cost involved. Customization is an option for bulk orders of 50 sarees or more.

Free shipping on orders over Rs 2100/ - in India. International orders incur shipping charges based on weight and other criteria at checkout.

We work with reputable logistics providers and partners to ship your products. Your order will be dispatched by selected carriers, tailored to the distance it must travel.

Upon order placement, it is assigned to a logistics partner. An SMS with partner details and AWB# is sent to your phone. Tracking can be done on their website 24 hours after shipping. Follow the link in the email to track your item's journey.

If the package is returned after an attempted delivery, a partial refund will be offered after deducting 300/- for product packing and shipping across India via postal services, considering the significant reverse shipping costs as well.

We deliver nationwide across India. In case delivery isn't possible through our courier partners, we'll utilize India Post for shipping. Prepaid orders only.

Yes we do ship internationally

Customers must pay custom charges or any additional fees. Starting July 21, 2021, EU customers are required to cover VAT charges in addition to customs fees.

Indian customers can expect delivery services from Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, DHL, and India Post.

In case the product arrives damaged or with tampered packaging, kindly reject the delivery and inform the courier. Email us at hello@aasiwun.in with your Order ID for a prompt replacement at no extra charge.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express & FedEx.

Delivery times differ depending on the city. On average, the delivery time for all metros & Tier 1 cities is 3-4 days. Tier 2 & 3 cities may take 3 to 7 days. Unexpected circumstances may cause shipment delays and we thank you for your patience.
