CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICY

 AASIWUN CLOTHING LLP believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has, therefore, a liberal returns & exchange policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is submitted within seven days of placing the order. It is important to note that cancellation requests may not be accommodated if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors or merchants and they have initiated the shipping process. 
  2. In the event that you receive items that are damaged or defective, please report the issue promptly. Your request will be processed once the merchant has conducted a thorough inspection and confirmed the situation on their end. It is essential to report any discrepancies within seven days of receiving the products.
  3. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 7 days of receiving the product. Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  4. PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURN POLICY:
    - Please make your return within seven days of the delivery date.
    - We will not accept products that have been worn, altered, or washed.
    - Merchandise must have all tags attached.
    - When we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them to make sure that they meet our return policy requirements.‍
  5. You will need to post your return to our address at your own cost.
  6. In case of any refunds approved by the AASIWUN CLOTHING LLP, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  7. Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated directly to the source account. Complaints regarding defective/ incorrect products, and incomplete orders should be raised with us within 48 hours of receiving the products.
  8. Please do share the image or video highlighting your concern. Please write to us at hello@aasiwun.in mentioning your order number.
  9. If you wish to exchange a product, a store credit/credit note will be issued, which you can use to place a fresh order online. Please note that credit note/store credit cannot be encashed and cannot be used for offline purchases.
  10. International shipping is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
